Fully-automatic bottle bundling line receives individual bottles from existing filler and labeler. Bottles are collected into 6-packs and shrink bundled. Shrink bundled 6-packs are organized into 24-packs reducing corrugated usage with not tray or pad. 24-packs are loaded on pallets. Loaded pallets convey to stretch wrapping station.
Full pallet layers are unloaded from bulk "bright stack" pallets. Cans from each layer are mass-flow diverted to a single file conveyor feed.
Bright non-labeled cans are fed through a high-speed vertical turret labeler.
Labeled cans are fed to a 2,800 can accumulation table to prepare for tray loading.
Corrugated tray erector and loader packs a 12-count of cans. Loaded trays are passed to an tray up-stacker - optional for shrink bundling more than one loaded tray together.
Trays are aligned single-file, ready to convey through a film bundler and shrink tunnel.
Fully-automatic shrink bundling system accepts individual or stacked trays to wrap with polyethylene film.
Fully-programmable product-select palletizer dispenses pallets and loads shrink-bundled trays onto pallets.
