Axon EZ-200 Tamper-Evident Banding Applicator

The Axon EZ-200 heat shrink tamper evident band and sleeve label applicator is designed to handle product container widths from 11/16" to 4-7/8" and sleeve layflats up to 200 mm.

The EZ-200 tamper evident band applicator has a variety of multiple head configurations to suit your needs. The single head design can run up to 120 containers per minute and is an excellent entry-level machine. The dual head design (EZ-2-200) can run up to 220 containers per minute. For your most demanding lines, the three head design (EZ-3-200) can run up to 330 containers per minute. All speeds are dependent on the width and length of the sleeve.

These fully automatic, continuous motion band applicator machines utilize minimal moving parts for high reliability and low maintenance. As with all Axon banding machinery, the EZ-200 series can be easily integrated with existing lines, or we can design a complete system including heat shrink sleeve label applicator, conveyor, and convective, radiant, steam heat tunnel.
