LSI Conveyor Belt Options

	Series 1000 Conveyor Belt The Series 1000 Table Top Chain Conveyor is the base for LSI's line of product handling components. The extruded aluminum side channels with integral T-slots provide mounting for sensors, scanners and controls as well as metering, alignment, and label application devices. The innovative integrated chain return adds to system design flexibility and safety, while maintaining a near flush profile, for stable side to side transfer for even the smallest products.
	Rex Type Table Top Chain Conveyor Belt The Rex type table top chains are typically used in most bottle or carton transportation applications.
	Rex Type Sanded Table Top Chain Conveyor Belt The sanded Rex type table top chain is specified for applications where the surface tolerance of the chain is critical.
	Mattop Table Top Chain Conveyor Belt The mattop table top chain is for conveyor widths that are 3".

LSI Conveyor Drive Options

DC Drive Conveyor Drive

The DC drive is a directly coupled DC drive package that allows for variable speed operation. The package can also be supplied with an optional encoder or DC tachometer.

AC Drive Conveyor Drive

The AC drive is a directly coupled AC drive package. The drive package can also be supplied with a variable frequency drive controller.

Under Hung Motor Conveyor Drive

The under hung motor is configured to be installed under the conveyor.

LSI Conveyor Mounting Options

Integrated Frame Conveyor Mount

The integrated frame conveyor assembly can be supplied with an aluminum/steel base. Adjustable leveling pads are standard and casters are optional.

Tripod Base Conveyor Mount

A tripod base can be easily installed anywhere along the conveyor as required by the application. Adjustable leveling pads are standard.

Casters Conveyor Mount

Casters can be supplied to increase ease of portability of the system. This is especially useful if a machine is for an off-line labeling operation or is moved from line to line.

LSI Conveyor Guide Rail Options

Single Type Conveyor Guide Rail

The single type conveyor guide rail includes adjustable mounts for in-and-out as well as up-and-down adjustments. The single type conveyor guide rail uses plastic UHMW material and is available in rounded or flat faced profiles.

Dual Type Conveyor Guide Rail

LSI's dual type conveyor guide rail options use a plastic UHMW material and are available in flat faced or rounded profiles. The dual type conveyor guide rail includes adjustable mounts for in-and-out as well as up-and-down adjustments.

LSI Conveyor Product Aligner

Model CA Product Aligner

The product aligner consistently aligns the major axis of oval products parallel to the centerline of a conveyor.

Designed for primary labeling of consumer product containers including pharmaceuticals, home products, and cosmetics, the Model CA achieves alignment accuracies of 1/32" Sigma 3 in most applications.

Using simple adjustments for product width and height, the Model CA aligns multiple product configurations without change parts.

The Model CA uses indexed roller chains and matched springs to apply force to both sides of the product simultaneously. As it passes through the aligner, the product rotates until forces on both side of the product are equal. When the forces are equal the product is aligned. Metric scales are provided for quick, repeatable product change over.

The Model CA is constructed using anodized aluminum plates for strength and durability. Stainless steel support shafts and ball bearings insure optimal performance.

Model CA mounts to the T-slots in LSI's 3" wide and 4.5" wide table top chain conveyor with 4 bolts.The standard AC motor and internal drive ratios are designed for speeds from 240 IPM to 840 IPM and provide a consistent speed match to the conveyor.

Typical applications include a Model SW-A spacer wheel or Model SB dual spacer belts immediately upstream for product singulation and spacing and a Model TH-20 or TH-39 Top Hold Down immediately downstream to maintain product orientation for labeling.
