Model 100 T-Base Stand

This stand is available for any LSI series labeling head. The design allows for the head to be positioned next to a conveyor and allows the head to swivel to any orientation required. A T-base stand is the most common mount used by labeler manufacturers.

This base includes:
A heavy duty, full length gusset supports the vertical column.
Hard anodize finish on the column.
Stainless steel acme threaded rod.
Ratchet handle for raising and lowering of the head.
Heavy duty locking castors.
Safety strip on the base.

Model 105-20 T-Base Stand

This is a more economical version of the Model 100, and is available only for the Series 20 Labeling Head. The difference between the stands is the use of lift off pads v. locking castors, clear anodize finish, lighter duty column, and vertical raising assembly.

Model 105-30 / 105-40 T-Base Stand

This is a more economical version of the Model 100, and is available only for the Series 30 and Series 40 Labeling Heads. The difference between the stands is the use of lift off pads vs. locking castors, clear anodize finish, lighter duty column, and vertical raising assembly.

A horizontal tube is used to attach the head to the column. This tube can either be installed from the top or the bottom of the head, and allows the head to pivot in any direction.

Horizontal Adjustment Option Base

The Model 100 or Model 105 T Base Stand can be equipped with the horizontal adjustment option. This feature allows the labeling head to easily move across the width of the conveyor, or it can be positioned to move the labeling head in line with the direction of product flow.

The standard assembly allows for a range if adjustment from 3" to 10".

Cube Base Frame

The labeling head can be mounted on an aluminum frame assembly.

The advantages of this mount include a small footprintand an in/out slide assembly option with locking handles that allow for easy re-positioning of the head either 90 degrees to the line or parallel to the line.

A disadvantage of the cube frame base is that it does not have the range of height adjustment like a T-Base.

Horizontal Tube Head Coupling

The Series 30 and Series 40 Labeling Heads use a rigid tube assembly. The horizontal tube head assembly is installed to either the top or the bottom plate of the labeling head. The mounting bracket that attaches to the head enables the head to be fully rotating in all directions. The tube has a standard length of 12".

Cradle Mount Coupling

The Series 20, Series 2000, and Series 3000 labeling system use a cradle mount to secure the head to the stand. The cradle can be mounted in either a top/bottom configuration or a side/side configuration. This gives the machine the ability to rotate into any configuration.

Cradle Extension Assembly

To increase the range of adjustment to either the Model 105 T-Base Stands or Model 100 T-Base Stand, the optional cradle extension assembly can be added. The addition of this assembly adds 12" to the range of adjustment. It can be installed to raise the head higher or inverted to drop the labeling head lower.

Platform Head Mount

The head mounting column can be used without the T-base Stand. It can be bolted directly to the floor or used with an optional base plate or plate/frame assembly with leveling pads.

Frame Mount Assembly

The head can be installed on a fine adjustment X-Y-Z mount. This mount gives .100" inch adjustment in the X-Y dimensions and .200" in the Z axis. It fully supports the head from underneath making it very rigid. It can be used with the optional base plate or plate/frame assembly with leveling pads.

Slide Base Head Mount

The labeling head can be mounted to a slide base assembly that utilizes slide bearings. It can be installed inline to a conveyor, or 90 degrees to the conveyor. It is available with the X-Y-Z mount and base frame with leveling pads.

Auto Adjust Head Mount

This mount is designed to automatically raise and lower the labeling head. A series of sensors are used to sense the height of the product. Being controlled through a PLC, the head will raise/lower to the appropriate position. A pallet labeling application is ideal for this mount.
