Starview ERB/PH Series rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher-volume production requirements. The ERB/PH sealing machines are available in four and six station designs with sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches and 18 x 24 inches. Larger sealing areas are available on request.

These rotary blister machines are specifically designed for medical applications using foils, medical paper, Tyvek, foils and medical kraft to PETG or HIPS trays and typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage.

The standard machines feature one sealing station with the remaining stations used for operator loading and unloading.

Ultra-high pressure sealing presses used in conjunction with matched aluminum tooling to give consistent sealing patterns with any heat sealable medical lidding materials. Hydro-pneumatic press available for cold seal materials.
