The Emplex MPS 7500 continuous band sealer is made for bag sealing operations that require high-speed production or has bag material that is difficult to seal. The MPS 7500 hermetically seal bags and pouches at speeds up to 800 inches (203.2 cm) per minute! This sealer can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic loading, and can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. The MPS 7500 can seal any heat sealable bag or pouch up to 12 mil/300 micron in thickness (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted).

With a stainless steel, food grade 6 inch x 6 foot support conveyor, the Emplex 7500 continuous band sealer is ideal for sealing bags and pouchs weighing more than 2 lbs.
