Emplex MPS 7300 validatable continuous band sealers deliver precise process control for temperature, pressure, speed, and seal quality. All validatable medical systems include visual and audio alarms for deviations in heat, speed, and pressure. Standard easy-to-use touch-screen display provides advanced calibration, data collection, and process management control. The industrial PC provides routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting data and many user selectable preferences in imperial or metric measurements.

Emplex MPS 7300 continuous band sealers are made for bag sealing operations that require high speed production or has bag material that is difficult to seal. The MPS 7300 hermetically seal bags and pouches at speeds up to 1000 inches (25.4 m) per minute! This sealer can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic loading, and can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. The MPS 7300 can seal any heat sealable bag or pouch up to 12 mil (300 micron) in thickness (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted).

The MPS 7300 validatable band sealer hermetically seals bags and pouches up to 2 lbs (907gm) without a support conveyor at speeds faster than the MPS 6300 sealers.

The MPS 7300 is a low maintenance machine with tool-less access to the seal section and modular components for easy expandability as production needs increase. The MPS 7300 is made to order with numerous user-selectable specifications and a comprehensive feature set. At no additional charge, you can determine your bag sealer's infeed direction, sealer orientation, sealing width, type of pressure rollers, and electrical supply. Additional customizable options and equipment add-ons are available.
