Rugged Dependability Providing High-Speed Case Sealing
The BestPack CSX fully-automatic random case sealer's advanced engineering are built for rugged dependability providing high-speed output. These CSX sealers are designed to meet all your operator free random carton sealing applications.
The CSX design uses three independent operating stations that include centering, folding and sealing. Maintenance-free oil-less air cylinders are used for operational dependably and performance.
All BestPack units are available in standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance. Custom sizes available for your application.

- Heavy-duty 3mm CNC cut and welded frame including upper welded legs.
- Allen-Bradley PLC.
- Independent 3-stage operation: centering, flap folding, & sealing.
- Random side belt drive with high-speed motors.
- Random upper side compression rollers.
- Interlock safety gates.
- Interchangeable 2" and 3" BestPack high-speed tape heads.
- Heavy-duty maintenance free oil-less air cylinder.
- Electrical panel and air adjustments are left justified (unless otherwise ordered).
