High-Speed Bag Sealing on an Angled Support Conveyor

Emplex ACS 6200 and 7200 semi-automatic bag sealing systems are designed for horizontal and angled bag sealing. Built for fast bagging and sealing of products such as bakery, poultry, paper, produce, and hosiery. We will work with you to configure this bag sealer to your specific needs.

The 6200 uses 5" of heat and 5" of cooling. The 7200 is designed for higher speeds or heavier-duty operations, and comes with 10" of heat and 10" of cooling. Both of these band sealers can be equipped with an optional bag top trimmer, and emboss coder, or ink jet printer.

With multiple conveyor lengths, your bagging station can have the pefect number of multiple loading stations to achieve the highest production rates possible. The system is designed to work with manual, semi-automatic, or fully-automated loading systems.

Optional product compression belts are available to compress excess air out of the package prior to sealing.
