Anti-Static Air Pillows with Innovative EZ-Tear Perforations
Only AirPouch air pillows feature innovative EZ-Tear perforations, which allow for quick and easy separation of the pillows for fast and efficient packing. In a recent study, this EZ-Tear feature - exclusive to AirPouch - required an average of 83% less effort to pull and separate the pillows than other competitive brands. Packers using AirPouch air pillows prefer the ergonomic handling they get from the AirPouch pillows. These specially designed perforations also allow more air into each pillow, providing a better yield and lower cost per cubic foot.
AirPouch Anti-Static EZ-Tear Pillows are specially engineered to protect products that may be harmed by static discharge. APStat pillows are designed for void-fill packing of electrical and electronic components.
This linear low density polyethylene is amine free and compatible with silver solder and polycarbonate materials. A special formulation dissipates static build up, protects electrical components and kits from static discharge during shipping and handling.
Like all AirPouch pillows, Anti-Static pillows come fan-folded in a box, providing substantially more yield than competitive, rolled materials. Each box contains nearly a mile of uninflated pillows, reducing changeovers, shipping costs and storage requirements.
Anti-Static EZ-Tear Pillows are pink in color for easy identification.
