A-B-C 206 Case Packer

The A-B-C 206 case packer has everything you want in an automatic case packer. This machines provides high speed operation, servo precision, and super-fast, repeatable changeover.

The A-B-C 206 has a small footprint and is built for low maintenance with minimum intervention. This economical, high-quality packaging machine has remarkably simple, reliable operation and is superbly forgiving for variations in product and corrugated material.

High Performance Features of the A-B-C 206

Tubular steel- continuous welded frame.

Servo motors for main drive, metering belt infeed, down stacking accumulation and load pusher.

Motorized adjustment for repeatable accuracy during changeover.

Polycarbonate hinged guards- electrically interlocked.

Allen Bradley programmable logic controller.

6" color touch screen display.

NEMA 12 wiring and enclosure (Optional NEMA 4 or 4X wiring and enclosure).

Independently adjustable leveling footpads.

Sealed bearings minimize maintenance.

Specifications of the A-B-C 206

Case Range: RSC, HSC, and HSC Display styles.

Product Range: Rigid or semi-rigid containers, cartons, single or multipacks.

Electrical: Primary 230/460 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 3ph. Other power sources are available.

Air: .47 scfm per cycle @ 80 psi (5.5 bar). Automatic water eliminator keeps air lines dry.

Speed: Up to 30 cases per minute depending on product and pack pattern.
