The portable APM VBS-3/8 vertical band sealer is mounted on a 4' high adjustable floor stand. If needed, the heat sealing assembly can be positioned over an existing conveyor.

Front heater On/Off switch for sealing Tyvek (front and rear heaters generate heat as required for other materials)

Constant secure seals of 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8" wide

Special heavy-duty 1" wide wear-resistant laminated Teflon bands

Digital temperature control with PID Autotune maintains consistent heat and assures quality hermetic seals

5" long heating zone and 5" long cooling zone provides flexibility in sealing of difficult materials

Sealing temperatures up to 450F

Hard chrome-plated sealing bars followed by nickel-plated cooling bars provide maximum wear resistance

Ananodized aluminum chassis sealing assembly and stainless steel shafting throughout assures longevity
