Seal Close to Big Bulky Products and Trim the Scrap

The APM VCBS-1/4 TX band sealer is specifically designed to allow the seal to be extremely close to the product. The synchronized conveyor brings the bagged product into the seal head. After sealing, the scrap removal system trims and sucks away the scrap. This heavy-duty band sealer is ideal for sealing bulk packs of toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, and many other large products.

5" long heating zone and 5" long cooling zone provides flexibility in sealing of difficult materials

Sealing temperatures up to 500F

Hard chrome-plated sealing bars followed by nickel-plated cooling bars provide maximum wear resistance
