Robust, Super High-Speed Flow Wrapper Built with Two Lanes
The Syntegon Sigpack HRD dual-lane horizontal pillow pack flow wrapper operates with two independent packaging lane lines.
Construction
The robust servo machine with modular design is suitable for 24-hour operation. It ensures optimal system integration. The strict separation of product/ packaging material handling and drive elements meet the highest hygiene standards. Maintenance is minimal due to lifetime lubrication of components. The dual-lane high-speed pillow pack machine is available in left-hand and right-hand version.
Operation
The Sigpack HRD is fitted with a large touch screen, which is connected to the machine housing via a moveable swivel arm. The status of operation, product-specific parameters, faults and troubleshooting measures are individually displayed. During standard operation, the machine can be operated by a separate keypad. Both packaging lines are operated from one operator side.
