Quad-Belt Drive Provides Carton Stability and Effective Sealing
The BestPack CRX centering and timing indexer functions in front of modified RS and RQ top and bottom semi-automatic random case sealers. Combining the CRX indexer and a case sealer will function as a fully automatic random carton sealing system.
This application requires the top flaps to be closed or tabbed closed by either a label or a small piece of tape before being completely sealed top and bottom by the random sealer. The two units cost much less than a standard fully automatic random sealer and has a smaller footprint where space may be an issue.
All BestPack units are available in standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.
