Automatically Applies Tape to Four Edges

The BestPack CT4E fully-automatic case sealer automatically applies pressure sensitive tape  to four outer edges of cartons. The CT4E is designed to eliminate costly hand taping of the four outer edges where pilfer-proofing and protection of your product is necessary.

The CT4E edge taper includes a front side entry for a 90 degree directional carton turn before entering into the four edge sealing station.

Seals all four outside carton edges including all corners

Random width and random height adjustment 90 degree carton turn using front side carton infeed

Top and bottom four belt drive system with 1-piece molded belts and V-belt guide

Includes four 3" BestPack pop-out high-speed tape heads

Low tape / no tape on carton / no cut sensors with malfunction alarm and three-colored light heavy-duty upper assembly four post system

Uses heavy-duty SMC oil-less cushioned air-cylinder

Allen-Bradley PLC Logic

Interlock safety gates where needed

Tape roll lengths: 1,000 yd
