Flexible Multi-Lane Checkweighing

Newly developed weigh unit features 80mm conveyor pitch, and conveyor belt width of 50mm, 80mm or 100mm. Available in two to six lane configuration.

AFV (Anti Floor Vibration system) cancels out influence from external vibration and achieves stable and precision weighing even in a vibration-intensive factory environment.

Ishida designed load cell and powered weigh table ensure stable and precise weighing accuracy at today’s fast-paced production speeds.

User-Friendly Operation

All lanes managed by a single operator interface. Interactive menus clearly displayed on a 12.1 inch touch screen panel are easy to follow and operate.

Easy Cleaning and Maintenance

Main body is made of stainless steel for high durability and easy cleaning. Self-tracking conveyor eases the need for operator adjustment. All conveyors are easily removed and installed without tools.

Compact Design

Compact control tower can be remotely located to enhance layout options. Conveyor height is selectable from 400mm to 900mm, making it easy to interface with low discharge packaging machines.

Advanced Data Management

Monitor displays status and production data of each and all lanes. Traceable error and setting changes are logged with time stamps. Setting and production data can be easily shared with PC.
