Eastey VSA1825 Auto L-Sealer handles day-to-day operation required for automatic sealing and provides all the quality features found in much higher priced machines. These L-sealers are designed and built to give performance needed for positive sealing a wide variety of polyolefin shrink films .

The Eastey VSA1825 is designed specifically for automatic L-sealing applications that require simple operation and a small footprint.

Products are automatically fed into the VSA1825 where a product sensor detects the product as it moves into the sealing area. Once in position, a 90° guillotine hot knife seal bar automatically seals the film edges to create a loose bag around the product. Once sealed, the product transfers to a heat tunnel to shrink the film and provide a clean, finished product.

The efficient automatic seal system allows users to seal between 35 – 40 products per minute, depending on product size and application requirements.
