Color Graphic Display

Pre-Stretch Carriages

PGSM Evo Carriage
Pre-stretch carriage with single motorization allows stretch film  to be pulled at fixed values up to 344% and apply up to 12 containment force values on the pallet. Optional kits are available for pre-stretch other than standard. Adjustment of the placing force on the pallet is controlled by an analog system. The carriage is equipped with a standard 20" reel or with an optional 30" reel.

PGSA Evo Carriage
Pre-stretch carriage with double independent motorization allows to pre-stretch film from the control panel, with a 150% - 400% range and control system through inverter. Apply up to 12 force containment values on the pallet. The carriage is equipped with a standard 20" reel or with an optional 30" reel. The adjustment of the containment force on the pallet is controlled by a reactive system based on Cube Technology Level 1.

SCSP/2 Evo Carriage
Pre-stretch carriage with double independent motorization allows to pre-stretch film from the control panel, with a 150% - 400% range and control system through inverter. Apply up to 12 force containment values on the pallet. The carriage is equipped with a standard 20" reel or with an optional 30" reel. The adjustment of the containment force on the pallet is controlled by a reactive system based on Cube Technology Level 1 and Level 2.

Stretch Wrapper Clamps

Hot Plate Sealer
Hot plate device fixes the final edge of film during wrapping cycle on the previous turn. The film is cut by hot wire. Sealing plates are mounted on springs to adapt to the surface of the product. Sealing time can be set from the control panel.

Nip and Tuck
Clamps, cuts and threads film without a sealer. The last tail of the film is inserted into the winding itself.

Evo Pincers
Standard clamp cuts film through a hot wire. Also available with double driver for independent movement of the two pincers, ideal for pallets of varying size.

Evo Spring
Clamps, cuts and seals film without contact with the product. This device works through spring steel with a proportional reduction of the film band and is complete with an air blower to seal the initial edge of the film within the wrapping. The Evo Spring is specifically designed to guarantee perfect finishing of the end edge of film by electronically controlled impulse sealing on constant film thickness. Final sealing of film takes place on a mechanical support, accurately avoiding direct contact with the product.

Options

Vertical Pressure Platen
Pallet retaining system during wrapping used with upper covering systems (top inside / top outside) or with particularly unstable loads. Available with mechanical movement of pantograph system or pneumatic drive.

Pallet Lifter
Pallet lifting system in the center of the conveyor with pneumatic or hydraulic drive allows complete wrapping of the wooden pallet. This system manages wrapping of the product and pallet in a flexible manner, guaranteeing maximum stability of the palletized load. The pneumatic lift has a maximum capacity of 4400 lbs. The hydraulic system has a capacity of more than 4400 lbs.

Top Cover
Automatic system for covering the upper surface of the pallet load. Top Inside version is integrated in the structure of the machine provides a cover against dust and water. Top Outside version with independent structure provides a dust-proof cover.

Roping
Roping system reduces the width of stretch film  to a cord and ensures a more effective stabilization of the load.

VCA Corner Applicator
Gripping and application devices automatically locate the four corners of the pallet load without any manual setting or adjustment of the system.
