The Robopac Genesis Thunder rotary ring automatic stretch wrapper is engineered for high-speed pallet wrapping with unmatched reliability and efficiency. Built with a high-resistance monoblock aluminum ring and servo-controlled direct-drive pre-stretch motors, the Genesis Thunder ensures precise film application, energy efficiency, and low maintenance requirements.

Sixteen standard wrapping recipes allow operators to easily select and consistently repeat the best wrapping pattern for pallet loads in less time.

With a blazing-fast 65 RPM ring speed, the Genesis Thunder can wrap up to 120 loads per hour, making it ideal for the most demanding production environments.

Automatic Roll Change

Patented motorized unit automatically changes stretch film  roll without operator assistance, expelling the empty roll core, and replacing it with a full roll.

Single ARC/1 and double ARC/2 versions are available in the pallet top covering system. The ARC/2 solution houses two full rolls providing the operator with greater roll change flexibility.

Roll change units are installed within the perimeter guards but outside the ring work range. Therefore, new rolls can be installed safely without stopping stretch wrapping operations.

Ring Lift

Two-chain interconnected ring kinematics ensure synchronous ring lift. Supported by a robust 4-column structure combined with an upper sheet metal frame creates maximum safety conditions, even in the most heavy duty conditions. Ring lift and lowering speeds are adjusted by frequency converter from the control panel.

Rotation Unit

Rotating ring planarity and dimensional constancy are guaranteed to work at maximum speed, and to protect the integrity and working life of parts in motion. Drive is created by a high-resistance, reliable, and silent belt. Rotation speed is controlled by a frequency converter, continuously regulated by the control panel.

Pre-Stretch Carriages

BGS Carriage
Servo controlled single motor pre-stretch carriage with external direct-drive motorization. The BGS carriage works without sliding contacts, eliminating all failures caused by this technology, ensuring greater safety levels and the possibility of use in all environments. Pre-stretch film at fixed values and apply up to 12 containment force values on the load. (Optional kits are available for pre-stretch other than standard.) The Easy Tech version provides force to load controlled with a reactive analogic system. The Easy Tech+ version provides force to load controlled with a proactive analogic system.

BVS Carriage
Dual-motor servo controlled pre-stretch carriage with external direct-drive motorization. The BVS carriage works without sliding contacts, eliminating all failures caused by this technology, ensuring greater safety levels and the possibility of use in all environments. Through the HMI, adjust film pre-stretch, variable or continuous, and apply up to 12 containment force values on the load. Force to load is controlled by a proactive system based on Cube technology Level 1 and Level 2.

Stretch Wrapper Clamps

Futura Clamp
Pneumatically driven clamp with hot wire cuts and seals the film tail.

Nip and Tuck
Clamps, cuts and threads film without a sealer. The last tail of film is inserted into the winding itself.

Options

Vertical Pressure Platen
Pallet retaining system during wrapping used with upper covering systems (top inside / top outside) or with particularly unstable loads. Available with mechanical movement of pantograph system or pneumatic drive.

Pallet Lifter
Pallet lifting system in the center of the conveyor with pneumatic or hydraulic drive allows complete wrapping of the wooden pallet. This system manages wrapping of the product and pallet in a flexible manner, guaranteeing maximum stability of the palletized load. The pneumatic lift has a maximum capacity of 4400 lbs. The hydraulic system has a capacity of more than 4400 lbs.

Top Cover
Automatic system for covering the upper surface of the pallet load. Top Inside version is integrated in the structure of the machine provides a cover against dust and water. Top Outside version with independent structure provides a dust-proof cover.

Roping
Roping system reduces the width of film to a cord and ensures a more effective stabilization of the load.

VCA Corner Applicator
Gripping and application devices automatically locate the four corners of the pallet load without any manual setting or adjustment of the system.
