DR Film Carriage Unit The double roll DR stretch film carriage is equipped with a quick lock and release device that minimizes inefficiencies in the wrapping process.
DR Cutting and Clamping Unit Clamp and cutting unit provides maximum efficiency and performance. The 300 Spiror clamp and cut unit is based on a hook and blade device. All other Spiror wrappers utilizes a scissor like clamping unit and a rotating blade device.
Spiror DR Rotation Ring The rotating ring is built in single casting aluminum to guarantee great strength and reliability of the circular motion, and to provide a reliable support and constant performance through time.
Pneumatic Pressure Pneumatic pressure ensure the vertical stability of products during the wrapping process. The coating material (nylon, PVC or polyurethane) can be changed according to the product to be wrapped.
