Turntable Stretch Wrappers for Doors and Windows

The Robopac Rotoplat 508 DW and DW/C specialized turntable stretch wrapping machines are designed to properly secure doors, windows, and other similar products during storage and transport.

For wrapping single units or batches, Rotoplat 508 DW and DW/C stretch wrappers ensure doors and windows reach customers in perfect condition.

DW and DW/C Configurations

• DW: Manual product lock system for secure, hands-on load positioning
• DW/C: Idle roller conveyor for easier, more efficient product handling

PGS Carriage
PDS carriage with dual pre-stretch rollers controlled via the control panel. Pre-stretch system stretch ratio adjustable from panel board up to 250%. Stretch Control activates the electromagnetic clutch positioned on the first roller making pre-stretch variable from 0%-250%.

Pluripac Option Provides More Protection
The optional Pluripac delivery system applies foam or bubble wrap material at the same time as the stretch film . The Pluripac system provides additional padding for fragile wood and glass, making this equipment an extremely effective protective window and door wrapping machine.
