Batching Systems Bagmaster 250 high-speed vertical form, fill and seal bagging systems are designed and built for food and non-food products.

The Batching 250 bagging system can be integrated with counters, weighers, thermal printers, and a heavy bag load shelf. The Bagmaster 250 system can be provided with constant heat jaws or impulse heat jaws. Controls are built in accordance with PackML to provide standardized integration of upstream and downstream equipment.

The Bagmaster 250 system form bags around the product from clear polyethylene as well as laminated printed roll stock film. The Bagmaster 250 forms bags as wide as 10" with lengths changed through the touchscreen HMI.
