High-Volume Medical Blister Packaging

Starview FAB-PH Series rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements where automatic feeding and unloading of blister materials  and finished packages is desired. FAB-PH sealing machines are offered in six and eight-station designs with standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 and 18 x 24 inches. Larger sealing areas are available on request.

These medical rotary sealing machines can be configured to produce all of the medical and pharmaceutical packages including Tyvek, foils and medical kraft to PETG or HIPS trays and typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage.

Ultra-high pressure sealing presses used in conjunction with matched aluminum tooling to give consistent sealing patterns with any heat sealable medical lidding materials. Hydro-pneumatic press available for cold seal materials.
