High-Volume Fully-Automatic Inline Medical Blister Packaging

Starview CBS inline conveyor type heat sealers are designed for high-volume production requirements. These sealing machines are built with the capability to automatically feed blisters, trays, cards, Tyvek, and discharge finished packages.

CBS Series machines are well suited to produce typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage, as well as medical device applications using medical papers, Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lidstock.

These fully-automated blister sealers are available with thirty or more stations and a standard sealing area of 14 x 28 inches. Machines with other sealing areas and different numbers of stations are also available.

With seven open loading stations these machines are ideal for automated product loading or where multiple items are to be placed in a single package.

Given the proper conditions these machines are capable of up to 20 cycles per minute in production.

Precision indexing inline conveyor for precise sealing fixture to matching relieved face plate alignment. Ultra-high pressure sealing presses used in conjunction with matched aluminum tooling to give consistent sealing patterns with any heat sealable medical lidding materials. Hydro-pneumatic press available for cold seal materials.
