Four Column Support with Side Belt Drives

The BestPack AS operator-free case sealer is designed to meet the needs of uniform in-line carton closure applications. The AS is designed with a solid four column support structure and using dual motor side belt technology. The AS closes all four top flaps and seals the top and bottom of the carton, using 45-60 PSI and 4-5 SCFM of air.

All BestPack units are available in standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.

Low tape, no tape no cut sensors.

Adjustable bed height from: 22.5" to 30.0".

Width/height adjustment handle can be mounted on either side of the carton sealer.

Interlock safety gates in the kicker station.

Upper side compression unit.

Tape roll lengths: 1000yd, 1500yd, 2000yd.

Heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame including upper welded legs.

UL approved electrical parts.

Capable of interchanging 2" or 3" tape heads.

Electrical on/off box can be mounted on either side of carton sealer.

Inline automatic top flap folding.

Exclusive 2" or 3" pop-out pressure sensitive high-speed tape head with patented tab adjustment and noise reduction arm.
