Seal Four Case Edges in a Wet Environment
The BestPack ATFXU operator-free case sealer handles the heavy-duty needs of HSC produce carton usage. Using pressure sensitive tape to seal cartons, the ATFXU is designed for cartons of oranges, lemons, potatoes, and other produce.
The ATFXU case sealer has four stations: an indexer station, a positive outer sleeve lifting station with vibration that is activated only if the outer sleeve does not lift, a flap folding station, leading to a final station which seals the top and bottom flaps, leaving the top and bottom flaps sealed but not tabbed together.
All BestPack units are available in standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.

Four Stations in One Sealer
- Indexer station.

- Final station seals the top and bottom flaps leaving the top and bottom flaps sealed but not tabbed together.
