Placed in the discharge section of an MFT Friction Feeder, CR80 magnetic stripes can perform automatic encoding with customer serial data while part of an MFT Perfect Affixing system. Combining these applications saves an additional stage and adds the security of encoding data immediately before placement on the finished product. Your CR80 cards can run in-line with the magnetic stripe facing upward or downward, on the right or left.

The Multifeeder Inline Mag Stripe Encoder Module eliminates common production steps by consolidating encoding, verifying, and placement control into one continuous operation. This shortens production times, allowing more production with less equipment when compared to typical processes.
