Torque Threaded Caps on Smaller Unstable Containers with a Star Wheel

Inline Filling Systems automatic chuck cap tightener torques threaded caps to proper tightness at rates up to 30 CPM. The operator only places cap onto or into container. The machine automatically handles the container and torque action. Unlike the inline gating system, the star wheel container handling device requires dedicated change parts.

This type of bottle handling system is typically used on smaller, less stable containers. Pneumatic version torquer can provide 13-75 inch pounds of torque, depending on cap and bottle combination. Electric versions can provide even higher and more precise application torque.
