Inline Filling Systems fully automatic dual-head electric cap tightener torques caps onto containers with higher throughput rates than the single head version.

The electric inline chuck cap tightener uses few to no change parts and is usually reserved for larger, stable and often rectangular or square containers. Higher torque ranges and more precise torque application are achievable in this electric version. Very precise torque for demanding or critical applications are possible on this platform with optional magnetic, strain gauged clutches and torque-open chuck heads.
