Texwrap CSS continuous-motion side seal sealers are designed for applications demanding high throughput speeds with maximum package flexibility.

Texwrap CSS side sealers are box-motion style wrappers. The end seal mechanism moves horizontally with the product as the seal is being made. When the seal is complete, the head raises and the carriage returns in a rectangular-like motion to make the next seal.

Servo-controlled vertical sealing motion gives the operator control of dwell time and seal pressure from an easy-to-use touchscreen.

Texwrap's patented hybrid pneumatic cam system allows very fast movement of the horizontal carriage back-and-forth to seal and separate packages without sudden stops and starts. Maximum throughput speeds couple with long-term reliability and minimum maintenance.

Texwrap's exclusive Motion Trim technology electronically minimizes the motion of the end seal device, increasing throughput speed.

Flexibility and Ease-of-Use

Texwrap CSS side seal wrappers accommodate randomly fed or closely spaced products, and separate them consistently creating packages using the absolute minimum amount of shrink film . These side seal wrappers utilize automatic product spacing with horizontal and vertical photo eyes. Conveyor speeds are precisely varied to relax film between products.

CSS-2011

With a capacity to handle products with dimensions of 10-inch high and 20-inch wide, the Texwrap CSS-2011 continuous motion side sealer accommodates a variety of product sizes and configurations.

This side seal wrapper delivers conveyor speeds up to 100-feet-per-minute.

The Texwrap CSS-2011 can run either flat or centerfolded film when fitted with the flat film folder option.

CSS-1407

The Texwrap CSS-1407 continuous motion wrapper delivers side seal high-speed packaging in a compact footprint.

Servo drives eliminate the requirement for shop air. Sliding operator doors lift out completely to provide easy access to the wrapping area.

A 2-axis servo head, combined with conveyor speeds up to 140-feet-per-minute, and Texwrap's exclusive Motion Trim technology make the CSS-1407 the fastest and most flexible wrapper of its kind.

CSS-1809

The Texwrap CSS-1809 continuous motion side seal system is a very fast servo wrapper accommodates a variety of product sizes in the most demanding production environments.

The CSS-1809 uses Generation 3 servo technology integrated with PLC controls and mechanical elements of the machine.

The CSS-1809 has built-in capacities specifically designed to easily integrate with many different types of upstream feeding systems.
