Shrink Wrap Versatility and Reliability

Texwrap ISS intermittent motion side sealers are designed for applications requiring wrapping of products at moderate speed where product length or height exceeds the capacity of an L-sealer.

Texwrap ISS side sealers are flexible enough to wrap anything from a deck of cards to a bundle of wood flooring. With conveyor speeds of 100 feet per minute, the ISS side sealer has plenty of speed to handle a variety of applications.

Flexibility and Ease-of-Use

Texwrap ISS side sealers accommodate randomly fed or choke-spaced product and accurately separate them for reliable, consistent packages using the absolute minimum amount of shrink film . These side sealers come standard with auto-spacing control, horizontal and vertical photoeyes, and the ability to precisely vary conveyor speeds to relax film between products.

Texwrap Versa Seal

The rugged yet simple design of the patented Texwrap Versa Seal side seal system produces the ultimate in consistent seal quality across a broad range of film types and gauges – with little or no adjustment. Using very few moving parts, no air, and an uncoated sealing element ensures consistent seal quality with very little maintenance.

ISS-2410

The Texwrap ISS-2410 intermittent motion side sealer shrink wrapper is designed to run large products at moderate speed suitable for e-commerce fulfillment applications. The ISS-2410 has the capacity of 24" wide and 10" tall and is versatile enough to accommodate a variety of product sizes and configurations.

The Texwrap ISS-2410 is equipped with the exclusive Texwrap Versa Seal (TVS) to insure consistent, high-quality seals across a wide range of film types. The TVS tightly clamps film between parallel belts while a heating element seals and separates film between them. Slightly diverging belts continue to clamp film securely allowing film seal to cure and, at the same time, assuring reliable scrap/trim separation. Belts on the TVS design also control film tension allowing consistent seals to be made using the absolute minimum film width possible saving money on every package.

ISS-3618

The Texwrap ISS-3618 intermittent motion side seal wrapper is designed to run very large products at moderate speed. With a capacity of 36" wide and 18" tall, the ISS-3618 side sealer is versatile enough to accommodate a variety of product sizes and configurations.

The Texwrap ISS-3618 is equipped with the exclusive Texwrap Versa Seal (TVS) to insure consistent, high-quality seals across a wide range of film types. The TVS design controls film tension allowing consistently strong seals to be made using the absolute minimum film width possible saving money on every package.

Operators are able to run the ISS-3618 at maximum efficiency. A swivel-mounted control panel can be easily be accessed from either side of the machine. Powered by Allen Bradley controls, instructions are easy to understand, and come with restricted service-level menus. AC inverter-duty motors and auto-tune heaters simplify service.

The Texwrap ISS-3618 can run either centerfolded or flat film with an optional centerfolder. Film threading is fast and easy, and the scrap winder is mounted in a very convenient location.
