Produces Four-Side-Seal Sachet for the Many Industries

The compact, modular Matrix INVpack MVA12 is a servo driven VFFS multi-lane packaging machine that produces flat sachets.

The Matrix INVpack MVA12 EVO creates 4-side seal flat sachets for liquids, powders, granulates and pasty products. Built to work with reels up to a 1,200 mm width, it is designed for high production outputs which require high-quality sealing.

Output ranges from 280 stickpacks per minute for a four-lane operation to 1,050 per minute with fifteen lanes. Widths range from 150 mm for a four-lane operation to 40 mm for fifteen lanes. Sachet lengths range from 60 mm to 160 mm.

The Matrix INVpack MVA12 EVO is designed for dosing applications such as: powders, granulates, solids, liquids and pasty products. The MVA12 serves a variety of markets including the food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Sachet production is very flexible. The MVA12 forms sachets with two different compartments already pre-cut (twin) as well as a variety of shapes. Changeover from a larger format to a single dose package is simple. Changing the sachet length is simply done through the touch screen.

The highly-flexible MVA12 sachet machine can combine different products in the same sachet - such as sugar and stick, with different fillers, solid and granulate.

The Matrix INVpack MVA12 EVO sachet machines produce packages with a large and flat surface, providing space to print on both sides of the stickpack. Ideal format for sampling.
