Seal Random Cartons in Wet Environments
The BestPack RS-S stainless steel semi-automatic random case sealer is built for speed and rugged dependability. Using side belt drives, the RS-S easily seals a wide range of random carton weights and sizes, with masts that allow for an extra 4" of carton height on the upper assembly.
Able to effectively seal very light to very heavy cartons, BestPack RS-S sealers are used in wet environments. These tapers are built for either splash resistant or wash-down applications.
All BestPack stainless steel units are built with food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.
Features
- Heavy-duty 2mm food grade 304 stainless steel welded frame including upper welded legs.
- Random side belt drive system with 1-piece molded belts and V-belt guide.
- Accepts 2" and 3" pop-out BestPack high-speed food grade 304 stainless steel tape heads.
- Electrical on/off box is mounted on the left side.
- Heavy-duty maintenance free oil-less air cylinder.
- Adjustable bed height: 20.5" to 30.0".
- Tape roll lengths: 1000 yd, 1500 yd, 2000 yd.
- Upper random mast is tapped and drilled that can be raised (un-bolted, raised and re-bolted) for an extra 4" carton height if needed.
- Quality UL approved electrical parts.
- Exclusive 2" or 3" pop-out pressure sensitive high-speed tape head with patented tab adjustment and noise reduction arm.
