Seal Random Very Low-Profile Cartons

The BestPack RSL semi-automatic random case sealers are designed to seal very low profile cartons in addition to a wide range of a random cartons. Build for speed and durability, the RSL's low profile feature allows for the effective sealing of cartons with a height as low as 2.5". The RSL is capable of sealing cartons up to 20.5" tall as well.

The RSL line incorporates 2" or 3" pop-out pressure-sensitive high-speed tape heads with BestPack's patented tab adjustment.

All BestPack units are available in standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.

Features

Heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame including upper welded legs.

Random side belt drive system with 1-piece molded belts and V-belt guide.

Seals cartons as low as 2.5" in height.

Electrical on/off box can also be easily mounted on either side of the sealer (left side is standard).

Uses heavy-duty SMC oil-less cushioned air-cylinders.

Upper random mast is tapped and drilled that can be raised (un-bolted, raised and re-bolted) for an extra 4" carton height if needed.

Adjustable bed height: 20.5" - 30".

Tape roll lengths: 1000 yd, 1500 yd, 2000 yd.

Quality UL approved electrical parts.
