This stretch wrapper blends ease of use with modern automation. HMI operation pairs with simple intuitive manual adjustment knobs for turntable speed, carriage travel, and film tension, giving operators on‑the‑fly control without navigating a touchscreen.

With the Flex Legion stratch wrapper, customers can scale their throughput, from 20 loads a day to 20 loads an hour, without outgrowing the machine.

Insta-Thread Carriage

The Orion Flex Legion stretch wrapper is equipped with class-leading film carriage technology: the Orion Insta-Thread Carriage. This film carriage provides a consistent film-saving 200% pre-stretch and incorporates the same premium quality components found within the S-Carriage on other Orion Flex models. The automated film payout ensures consistent film payout regardless of load size and shape.
