Stainless Steel Vertical Bagging for Wash Down Environments
The Matrix Elete Premier hygienic stainless-steel vertical bagging machine is made of 95% stainless steel. Fasteners, shafts and motors are all suitable for a wash-down environment.
All welds are ground and polished, free from cracks and pits. Studs, weld tie hooks, and a weld drip pan all add to the Premier's comprehensive sanitary build.
The Matrix MVI-330S and MVI460S (Elete Premier) are designed to thrive in high sanitation environments that require stainless steel. These machines work at a cycle speeds up to 100 BPM. With a laminate or poly film sealing capability and is compatibility with all types of fillers, the MVI-330S and MVI460S (Elete Premier) are the perfect solution when you need hygienic packaging.
