The Emplex Instabag is a unique way to bag your regular and oversized product in no-print film.
This automated bagging system creates continuous, parallel hermetic seals on two sheets of film with the option of creating a cross seal at set intervals. The side seals are made using two mirror image Emplex MPS sealers which are servo driven and controlled by the PLC for perfect synchronization.
This automated bagging system is designed to work with any heat sealable film. Typical applications include; IV bag over pouching, foam products, and most low profile products.
