Quickly Count, Accumulate, and Load Stacks of Cups

If you are looking for a quick and efficient way to count and load cups, the Rennco CCL Cup Counter & Loader is the perfect solution. The CCL can be a stand alone unit to just count and strip stacks of cups, or interface the CCL with a Rennco Vertical L-Bar Sealer for a complete counting and bagging solution.

The Rennco CCL Cup Counter & Loader will accept paper, thermoformed, and selected injection molded and foam cups.

The CCL accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source. Cups are counted utilizing fiber optic sensors and then transferred to a Rennco packager via conveyor. Incorrect stack counts are automatically removed from the system for quality assurance.
