Reduce labor costs, increase time efficiencies, and lower material costs with the Rennco Vertical Cup Counter & Loader integrated into your cup manufacturing and production lines.

Available with one to four lane designs, the VCCL counts, accumulates, and transfers stacks of cups to either a single or dual seal Rennco Vertical L-Bar Sealer. With fast and precise bagging, this system packages one to six stacks of cups per bag with speeds up to 350 cups per lane per minute.

The system handles single and double poly coated paper and clay coated cups. In standard applications, the diameter of the cup should not exceed the overall height of the cup. The product is typically fed into the vertical tower system with the mouth of the cup leading.
