Replace the Case with a Low-Cost Jacket
The Polypack JacketPack provides a lower-cost package with the same stacking strength and product protection as a regular slotted carton (RSC).
With the Polypack JacketPack, a die-cut corrugated sheet is folded around a multi-pack of cartons creating a vertical sleeve, or jacket. One narrow corner flap is glued. A shrink overwrap seals the case, providing superb palletizing strength, product protection and distribution integrity.
The Polypack JacketPack shrink bundler creates a lighter-weight package than RSC cartoning, and produces less waste. With a traditional RSC, top and bottom flaps overlap each other as the case is erected and then filled from the top. The Polypack JacketPack system eliminates the top and bottom of the case, dramatically reducing the amount of corrugated material.
The Polypack JacketPack system is also available as a double U-Board configuration for glue-free operation.
