Clear or Printed Shrink Film Packaging
The Polypack Velocity high-speed shrink bundling machine uses a single roll of shrink bundling film and an overwrap conveyor to create open-sided (bullseye) shrink bundles. This shrink bundler runs clear, repeat-random print, and print-registered film for eye-catching secondary packaging.
High-Speed Shrink Bundling with Tool-less Maintenance
Polypack Velocity high-speed shrink bundlers use a single roll of film and a flight bar conveyor system to create lap-sealed bundles, with no seal bar or vacuum belt required. Products are indexed into a overhead flight bar assembly.
Flight bars advance collated product in sync with Polypack's patented film delivery system. Film is wrapped around product bundles and joined with a lap seal (no seal bar), using a single roll of film.
After wrapping, bundled packages move through Polypack's energy-efficient Smart Shrink Tunnel, which conserves and precisely regulates heat for consistent, low-energy shrink bundling. Product is transported on a stainless steel mesh conveyor that cools naturally and effectively upon exiting the shrink tunnel, with no sticking.
