Robust and Compact Shrink Bundling

The TexWrap DX-130 inline intermittent motion shrink bundler is an ideal solution for wrapping trays of product. The DX-130 uses top & bottom rolls of shrink bundling film  to cover the product which is then conveyed through a heat tunnel to keep product tightly protected and unitized for transport.

The TexWrap DX-130 shrink bundling system delivers workhorse productivity in a compact footprint designed to fit in most any production line. The standard DX shrink bundling system is rated up to 25 cycles per minute, with an available servo seal bar for applications requiring additional precision.

The TexWrap DX-130 has a host of available options such as side feed film cradles, product hold down, manual splice bar or infeed conveyor.
