Texwrap Tekkra inline shrink bundlers wrap trays of product in clear shrink bundling film . These Texwrap shrink bundling systems are designed to run continuously and withstand the rigors of a demanding production environment.

Texwrap Tekkra inline shrink bundlers use dual rolls of film to envelope the product already supported in trays. The wrapped product is conveyed through a tunnel to produce a finished shrink bundled package.

Each Tekkra shrink bundlign system is manufactured with a heavy-duty welded tubular steel frame and utilizes servos on all movements. Servo motion ensures greater control over the movement resulting in a better, more reliable seal, and creates less wear and tear on the machine overall.

Texwrap Tekkra 100 bundlers use intermittent motion and is best suited to slow to medium rate applications.

Texwrap Tekkra 1000 bundlers use continuous motion and is best suited to medium to high-rate applications.
