Texwrap BVS vertical shrink bundlers use dual-axis servo technology to wrap products in an upright position. Ideal for multi-packs or variety packs of bottles, cans, jars, and canisters. Use in line with a filler while product is vertical. This vertical seal bundler eliminates labor and expense of laying product down prior to wrapping.

Texwrap BVS Vertical Sealers are ideally suited to multi-packs and variety packs of bottles, cans, jars, or canisters that exit upstream equipment in a vertical position.

To enhance the retail appearance of multi-packs, Texwrap BVS vertical bundlers combine with an optional automatic label positioning system (an orienter) that positions all product labels in precisely the same direction. In applications where a boot is used to hide bar codes, the wrapper can use printed film or a label to hide bar codes and identify the new unit as a multi-pack.
