High-Resolution Visual Inspection

Sciotex ConveyorView automated visual inspection systems perform high-resolution inspection of top, sides and bottom surfaces of objects larger than 2 inches wide (51 mm).

Objects convey through ConveyorView conveyor vision inspection system, and pass customizable imaging substations that view the sides, top, and bottom of objects. Based on results of inspection, objects can be separated or sorted using automated diverters.
