Feeding Concepts inline linear feeders receive parts from vibratory bowl to move them in a straight line.
After exiting the bowl with the desired orientation, parts discharge through a vibratory inline feeder or straight track conveyor. Angled gravity track sections are also available.
Tooled linear tracks are designed to fit your parts in their required orientation to the tightest tolerance possible while still allowing the parts to be vibrated in a horizontal motion. These systems consist of a vibratory inline driver which can be sized for tracks from 6" to 80" long.
The track is formed out of A2 tool steel and heat treated for maximum durability. If your system requires change over for running multiple parts, different tracks wil be designed to bolt on and off or adjust to fit.
Vibratory linear tracks work for almost all parts that do not overlap. Parts that overlap or do not hold well under back pressure require a straight track conveyor instead of a vibratory linear track.
