Depending on the type of part and required rate, a Feeding Concept centrifugal feeder may fit your needs best.
With an angled, double disk design, parts can be discharged at very high rates. The outside disk runs faster than the inside disk so this process creates the centrifugal force that essentially whips the part to the outside edge/discharge. Once the part proceeds to that position it is then oriented correctly.
There is no vibration involved so sound levels would be lower compared to vibratory feeders.
A centrifugal system usually includes a discharge conveyor and an elevator/bulk floor feeder.
