Hermetically Seal 15 lb Bags up to 500" per Minute
QuantumPak Q800CG continuous band sealer hermetically seals bags and pouches with gas flushing system to provide longer shelf life for food products. This Q800CG seals at speeds up to 500" per minute.
The Q800CG band sealer hermetically seals a wide variety of bag styles made of nearly any kind of material including metalized laminates, paper laminates, Tyvek, and a variety of plastic materials.
This band sealer includes a 7" wide x 6' long product conveyor and can carry and seal bags weighing up to 15 lbs. Larger conveyors and a heavy duty vacuum/gas flush system is available for large bags including bag in a box applications.

Easy-to-use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals.
