QuantumPak Q800G continuous band sealer hermetically seals bags and pouches  with gas flushing system to provide longer shelf life for food products. This Q800G seals at speeds up to 500" per minute.

The Q800G band sealer hermetically seals a wide variety of bag styles made of nearly any kind of material including metalized laminates, paper laminates, Tyvek, and a variety of plastic materials.

This band sealer can carry and seal bags weighing up to 1.5 lbs. An optional product conveyor is available for heavier bags.

Easy-to-use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals.
